(This service is meant to first have an initial in person consultation) Color corrections are an hourly rate of $75. Most successful color correction appointments are broken up into two parts. Corrective Blonding Consent Form I understand that corrective blonding and re-lightening services involve inherent risks, especially when performed on hair that has been previously lightened, toned, clarified, or chemically processed. I acknowledge that: • Hair integrity varies and cannot be guaranteed • Breakage, dryness, or uneven results are possible • Achieving my desired result may require multiple appointments • Same-day or rapid corrections increase the risk of damage I understand that my stylist may recommend delaying or declining services if my hair’s integrity is compromised, and that this recommendation is made in my best interest. (You the client) agree to proceed with the understanding that hair health is the priority over immediate cosmetic outcome by booking this service.
